Effective from June 25, 2007 , the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has implemented the new Straight-through Electronic Disclosure and Abolition of Paid Announcement Requirement.

The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies website www.chklc.org can function as a third-party website for publishing Listing Rules-related announcements, notices and other documents for the purpose of fulfilling HKEx disclosure requirements.

For listed companies who do not have their own websites, this is a stable, efficient and user-friendly solution for unlimited uploading of Listing Rules-related announcements, notices and other documents, for you to fulfill all the requirements of HKEx.

Listed companies who have their own corporate websites are also welcome to make use of the CHKLC website, which is regularly frequented by the investment community, as an additional channel to communicate with investors.
